Concerning Fraudulent Acts Involving the Unauthorized Use of Our Company Name and Executives’ Identities
It has come to our attention that a third party with no affiliation to Shigiya has been fraudulently using our company name and the names of our executives in an attempt to conduct deceptive business activities, including proposing false corporate partnerships, particularly targeting individuals and companies in Mexico.
Please be advised that Shigiya Machinery Works, Ltd. and Global offices do not engage in direct partnership agreements with individuals in Mexico, nor do we solicit funds or sensitive information through unofficial or unsolicited communication channels.
These acts are being carried out with malicious intent and may constitute criminal behavior, including phishing, fraud, and identity theft. We strongly urge all parties to exercise extreme caution and verify the authenticity of any communication claiming to represent Shigiya or its executives.
If you receive any suspicious messages or proposals, do not respond or provide any personal, financial, or company information.
We take this matter very seriously and are committed to protecting our name, our team, and the integrity of our relationships around the world.

Hemos sido informados de que un tercero, sin ninguna relación con Shigiya, ha estado utilizando de manera fraudulenta el nombre de nuestra empresa y los nombres de nuestros ejecutivos para llevar a cabo actividades comerciales engañosas, incluyendo la propuesta de asociaciones corporativas falsas, dirigidas principalmente a personas y empresas en México.
Tenga en cuenta que Shigiya Machinery Works, Ltd. y sus oficinas globales no celebran acuerdos de asociación directa con personas físicas en México, ni solicitamos fondos ni información confidencial a través de canales de comunicación no oficiales o no solicitados.
Estas acciones se están realizando con intención maliciosa y pueden constituir delitos, incluyendo phishing, fraude y robo de identidad. Recomendamos encarecidamente a todas las partes extremar precauciones y verificar la autenticidad de cualquier comunicación que afirme representar a Shigiya o a sus ejecutivos.
